If there’s someone known for making promises to do a DNA test, it’s socialite and nightlife mogul, Cubana Chief Priest.
Hellen Mutimu, the Kenyan lady, has been accusing Pascal Okechukwu, aka Cubana Chief Priest, of being her baby daddy after a one-night stand when she visited Nigeria in 2022.
However, there has been a pattern of Cubana’s chief priest ignoring her attempts to get a DNA test.

The Times Cubana Promised To Carry Out a DNA Test

In March 2025, she wrote, “Pascal, since you don’t want to do the DNA test, then let’s do athletics. Me and you to run 100m, then if you win, you will not do the DNA test, but if I win, we can do the DNA. How about that?”
In the same year, during a Funny Bone concert, he spoke about her, jokingly saying that she wants to “chop from” his money, and until she does 20,000 videos, he will not agree to a DNA test.

During a joint livestream with influencer Peller in August 2025, Chief Priest addressed a fan’s question regarding claims of a child linked to him. He challenged the woman to come to Nigeria if the allegations were accurate, stating, “Let the woman come to Nigeria. If you have a child for someone like me, you will not stay where you are; you will come closer. It’s a poor man that looks for a big man. Anybody who has a child for me anywhere in the world, bring them to me; that’s how things are done in Lagos.”
In March 2026, content creators like Izzy Ogbeide and blogs like Instablog reacted to Hellen saying Cubana Chief Priest had agreed to a DNA test, but again, he stalled.
Recently, Hellen stripped to her panties on social media as she expressed frustration that he had refused to take care of the child.

Cubana Chief Priest’s Current Position

Under a post by Arise TV, he said, “Make Una help me bring am come your studio I go do a DNA test live for free.”
This situation has truly become ridiculous, and anyone familiar with the situation would know that the Cubana Chief Priest has no plans to do an actual DNA test; to him, it is all a joke. He has referred to the woman as someone who just wants to grab his cash and run away and who is attacking his “marriage”.
The woman, in turn, has become some sort of content creator whose content centres around Cubana Chief Priest. She is constantly reacting to his activities and even wrote a song about him. It feels like her supposed attachment to him is a way for her to get endless attention.
He reportedly sued her in Kenya, but she rightly said it’s not defamation if he refuses to do a paternity test.
But a DNA test will never happen because she’s stated that she wants the test to be done in Kenya or the UK, and he wants it done live on Arise TV. Both of them don’t seem interested in putting this matter to rest.
