The father of late actress Adesanya Nimota Omotolani, Nimmy Ferrari, has responded to serious allegations made by her mother.
Nimmy’s mother had accused him of attempting to exhume Nimmy’s body from the house where she was buried. She also alleged that he wanted to sell the newly built property.
However, Nimmy’s father has now rejected the claims and offered his account of what happened. He also denied any involvement in his daughter’s death. 
According to him, Nimmy contacted him before undergoing surgery for fibroids. He said she called him from Ibadan and informed him about the fibroid surgery she wanted to do.
He also spoke about his involvement in the construction of her house.
Father Denies Killing Nimmy Ferrari
Nimmy’s father strongly rejected the allegation that he could have harmed his daughter. He explained that Nimmy personally informed him about her surgery.
“I can’t kill my child,” he said.
According to him, Nimmy called while she was already at a hospital in Ibadan, Oyo State.
“She called me that she was already at the hospital in Ibadan for fibroid surgery,” he explained.
He said he questioned why she had not informed him earlier. He also claimed to know people who treated fibroids using herbal remedies. However, Nimmy had already proceeded with the medical treatment.
Her father said they discussed about the cost of the procedure.
“She said they had already paid for scan fees and the surgery would cost N3.6 million,” he said.
He then suggested another doctor he knew in Abeokuta, Ogun State. However, the family dispute has continued following Nimmy’s death.
The conflicting accounts have also placed renewed attention on the circumstances surrounding her final days.

Nimmy’s Father Explains the Story Behind Her House
He also addressed the controversy surrounding Nimmy’s newly built house.
According to him, Nimmy expressed a desire to own her property. He said she contacted him about building a house.
“I told the elders in my family, and they agreed that we should give her a portion from our family land,” he said.
The family eventually allocated half a plot to the late actress. Her father said he personally supervised construction. He claimed he remained involved from the beginning until the house was completed.
However, he said Nimmy had made a specific request during the construction.
“While I was building the house for her, she begged me not to let her mother know about it,” he said.
That claim has added another layer to the ongoing family disagreement.

He Explains Why Nimmy Ferrari Wanted the House Kept Secret
Nimmy’s father said he later asked why she wanted the construction kept from her mother. According to him, the actress referred to an earlier land purchase.
“She told me that the first land she bought through her mother at Sotubo, her mother later sold the land,” he said.
He suggested that this experience influenced Nimmy’s decision regarding her new property.
The explanation comes amid allegations that he now wants to sell the house. However, he has disputed the claims surrounding the property. The family remains divided over Nimmy’s burial site.
