The lights are off in Biggie’s house, and Nigerian timelines will have to find something else to argue about. Temi Nkem was crowned winner of Big Brother Naija Season 11, the “Show Ya Sef” edition, at the grand finale on Sunday, October 4, 2026, after 70 days in the house.
That is a long time to share a kitchen with 23 other people. 23 and a half (or a quarter?), if you count Big Brother’s lurking eyes.
Nevertheless, Big Brother is no longer watching, probably because his eyes saw a lot and he now has conjuctivitis (that’s Apollo for y’all local folks). How much of the drama did y’all catch, though? How many do you remember? Do you remember who poured water on whose bed, and who stole whose shirt?
If you missed a few, fear not; these BBNaija Season 11 highlights cover the disputes, the disciplinary drama, the shock evictions and the tasks that went right (eventually).

BBNaija Season 11 highlights: A season that rewrote its own rules
The show began on July 26 with 24 housemates, 12 men and 12 women.
Big Brother split them into male and female teams for selected wagers and arena games, and the men won the first Thursday wager, a debate on nature versus nurture. The ladies, who argued for nurture, are presumably still workshopping their closing statement.
Then came the Gambit. Aikou and Flora were chosen by public vote to stay until the finale but were initially barred from winning the grand prize. Viewers were later allowed to release them from that status, and the restriction was lifted.

In effect, the public gave back what Biggie had taken away (Biggie giveth and Biggie… taketh?).

Tasks were rougher. The housemates lost their first two weekly wagers, which brought food anxiety and rising tension, before finally breaking the streak three weeks in.
Sultex directed that winning performance, and while Biggie praised the effort, he asked for more creativity next time (if e easy, why Biggie no audition?).
Housemate disputes: blankets, threats and one contested shirt
Not every war was strategic. Chimsom hid Oyin’s blanket during rehearsals, and Oyin retaliated by pouring water on Chimsom’s bed.

The feud was tied to a wider scheme to get Oyin evicted. Small provocations, big consequences.
In late August, a conversation about the price of clothes escalated into a heated confrontation between Sultex, Yusuf and Bells, with Sultex making threats towards Yusuf. Big Brother called the remarks extremely dangerous and placed Sultex on behavioural probation with a final warning.
He was evicted alongside Goddessa soon after.
The most serious clash, though, came just before the finale. On Monday, September 28, Tram accused Keivo of taking his black shirt. Keivo denied it, saying he owned a similar one, and the argument turned physical, with Keivo throwing the first punch.

Big Brother’s ninjas had to escort Keivo out through the storeroom.
The next day, after showing the housemates the footage, Big Brother disqualified him and said violence was not acceptable in the house.

Viewers split, with some condemning Keivo and others asking why Tram faced no equivalent consequence. Keivo later said he takes full responsibility and that physical confrontation is never a solution.

Strikes, walkouts and Biggie’s rulebook
Nomy’s season ended on September 7, when Big Brother ordered her out after another breach of her Benchwarmer punishment. The punishment required a set outfit, a designated bench and cleaning duties. She had already been given a strike and a final warning in August.
Nomy was the first housemate removed on disciplinary grounds this season, and has since said she was unjustly disqualified.
Some exits were voluntary. Neche won the Week 3 Head of House title and then chose to walk away, for reasons she kept to herself. Tram also told Biggie he wanted out after a chaotic Saturday party, but he was given 24 hours to think and stayed. It was the only task in the house that rewards sleeping on a decision.
Ricky and Tram stepped back from a wager presentation just before it began, the house lost, and Biggie held both of them responsible.
Romance, rings and Diary Room theatre
Every BBNaija season needs a love story, and Season 11 supplied several.

Ricky nearly kissed Sheba and then produced a wedding ring, which turned a developing romance into a very different conversation. Goddessa’s eviction ended her storyline with Araga. Yusuf and Bells grew close enough that Yusuf openly voiced his feelings.
Both were later evicted in the Week 8 triple eviction.

The Diary Room belonged to the eventual champion. Temi Nkem’s sessions with Biggie mixed gossip, blunt commentary and honesty about trust issues and growing up in London. On at least one occasion she refused to leave when told her time was up.
Confidence like that tends to get noticed by voters.
Notable evictions and the veto that saved everyone
Goddessa and Sultex left on the same night in a shock double eviction. Kamsy was evicted in Week 3. Chimsom opened the season as Head of House and won again in Week 5, while Abi took the title in Weeks 4 and 6. Abi was evicted in Week 7 alongside Araga, and Chimsom went in the Week 8 triple eviction with Yusuf and Bells.
Holding the throne, it turns out, is not life insurance.
Then came Barry. He won Head of House and the Ultimate Veto Power in Week 8, becoming the first finalist. Biggie handed him a secret envelope offering “Immunity For All” or “Immunity For None,” and he chose the kinder option.

With no public vote that week, all ten remaining housemates went straight into the finale.
Biggie was not done, though. At the Sunday live show, Ebuka announced the evictions of Ricky and Tram, and then Temi Nkem. All three walked back into the house moments later.
Temi smiled, waved and said “Chakam” on her way out, a moment fans haven’t let go of.
The grand finale: how Temi Nkem won
Finale night saw Barry evicted first, followed by Oyin and Ricky, then Flora and Tram, and finally Bluethopia, leaving Temi, Aikou and Sheba in the final three. Teni and Oshamo performed on the night.
Temi won with 25.87% of the vote, ahead of Aikou on 23.68% and Sheba on 9.80%. The results were independently recalculated by Deloitte and confirmed against those determined by MultiChoice.
Barry, who collected Head of House titles and veto power along the way, polled lowest at 3.53%. Game strength and voter affection are clearly different currencies.
The ₦160 million package includes ₦90 million in cash, a brand-new SUV and sponsor prizes. The winner is a 21-year-old London-born model and student of Nigerian roots, with ties to Delta State, whose real name is Temitope Chigbue. Her supporters call themselves the “Teminators.”
She is the show’s fifth female winner.

Final thoughts
Season 11 will be remembered for a Gambit that bent the rules, a veto that skipped an eviction week, two disciplinary exits and a fake eviction that gave one housemate her catchphrase.
Whatever you made of the drama, these BBNaija Season 11 highlights show a season that never settled into a routine, and the winner outlasted every twist.
