A union between two artists from two countries that could be regarded as siblings, Nigeria and Ghana, is always a beautiful sight to behold and it has happened quite a number of times.
Ghanaian singer Jane Fara Fauzzier Afia Boafowaa Yahaya Awindor, popularly known as Efya, just married Nigerian singer and songwriter Tomi Thomas in a private ceremony on February 14, 2026.

But they are not the first, nor will they be the last, to engage in this international marriage:
1. Nigerian gospel singer Moses Bliss married Ghanaian lawyer Marie Wiseborn.

2. Nigerian content creator and actor Deacon Famous married a Ghanaian woman named Mawusi Faith.

3. Nigerian gospel singer Segun Obe married a Ghanaian damsel, Nita.
