King Ochacho, Nigerian real estate mogul and philanthropist, also known as Mohammed Odey Adah, has announced an upcoming UK live stream alongside popular streamer and content creator Peller and his son.
The founder and CEO of Ochacho Group made the announcement during his son’s birthday celebration in the midst of family and friends.
The real estate tycoon declared that the luxury stream will feature a fleet of six brand-new 2026-or-later convertible Rolls-Royces, promising an unprecedented production scale. 
Boasting that the event will break viewership records, Ochacho stated:
“My sons and I will host a stream with Peller in the UK, and I have budgeted six brand-new convertible Rolls-Royces, 2026 models and upward. It is going to be the highest-viewed stream of all time from Nigeria.”

Real estate mogul attends Peller and Jarvis’ traditional wedding
Ochacho recently attended the traditional wedding of streamers Jarvis and Peller in Lagos on Saturday, August 1, where he gifted the couple an Abuja mansion valued at ₦400 million. His donation stood out as the largest gift of the event, with Peller attributing the billionaire’s attendance to music executive Soso Soberekon’s influence.
Peller gifts Ochacho’s son car on his birthday
One of Ochacho’s sons, Iceking, performed during Jarvis and Peller’s widely attend traditional wedding ceremony.
A few days later was the teenage singer’s birthday and the live streamer reciprocated the love shown to him and his wife by gifting the singer a brand new Toyota Camry car worth N37 million.
Peller announced his gift to Iceking during a live stream on August 5, with King Ochacho and family joining.
King Ochacho names Peller son’s godfather and mentor
The content creator later urged his fans and followers to send the birthday boy wishes while he also promised to mentor him and promote his sound if the father handed his son over to him.
King Ochacho in response declared Peller his son, Ice King’s godfather and mentor while welcoming the content creator into his family.
The multi-sector entrepreneur holds major investments across real estate development, hospitality, entertainment, oil and gas.
