Especially because billionaire businessman E-Money had only recently gifted Carter Efe a brand-new 2024 Toyota Corolla.

Yet he destroyed the same car, seemingly for views.

How Did It Start?

Habeeb Hamzat, popularly known as Peller, pulled up on Carter Efe’s stream and stood on his brand-new car, and he dented it.

The skit maker-turned-streamer got back at him by standing on his car too.

As if that wasn’t enough, he then picked up a brick and broke the windscreen of Peller’s car.

Who then retaliated by smashing the rear glass of Carter’s newly gifted 2025 Toyota Corolla, a luxury car worth about ₦50–70 million.

Thousands of viewers watched this happen, and witnesses say one guard even drew a firearm to stop the confrontation.

Online banter has turned into real-world harm, raising concerns about how far streamers will go to get attention.

Nigerians React

After Carter Efe destroyed the car, social media users noticed that E-Money unfollowed him.

Peller later posted a video apologising to E-Money and expressing regret for damaging the gifted car.

Carter Efe’s elder brother and Nigerian footballer Boniface also called him out and rebuked him for destroying the car he had been gifted.
