Yinka Quadri, a Nollywood veteran, has shared what transpired between him and the late actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo. The two were known as best friends in the industry and beyond.
Quadri said there was no way they would not have a beef because they were close friends. He added that if they had not been that close, they would have ignored the issue.
Yinka Quadri Says Fans Escalated His Disagreement With Ogogo
In an interview on FeelrightNews, Quadri said no one could point exactly to what happened between him and the late Taiwo Hassan. He added that neither of them had granted an interview to explain what caused their disagreement. They later settled their differences and became friends again before Ogogo’s death.

He said:
“No one has ever heard in any of Taiwo Hassan’s interviews where he mentioned the exact reason that caused the disagreement between us.”
He claimed that he had never mentioned the reason why they had a disagreement to anybody too.
Quadri noted money and women usually cause disagreements between friends. Neither of them caused the disagreement they had at the time.
He continued that people and fans escalated whatever it was that happened between them.

Quadri Says Their ‘Beef’ Was Not Serious
Quadri admitted that they had a little “beef”, but he said he could not point out exactly what caused the issue. The actor noted that some people might have felt that their friendship was strong and tried to separate them. This could be because of the benefits they gained from their friendship.
The veteran actor also said that maybe the gossips people brought to him about Ogogo, and verse versa, might have contributed to the disagreement. He added that their age difference could also have played a part in the little “beef” between them.
He noted that they might have had a little beef, but the issue was not as serious as people thought and escalated it.
Quadri added that when people asked both of them to explain what happened between them, neither of them could explanation. He said people also showed genuine concern about them because of their closely knitted friendship.
