Vekee James just released the behind-the-scenes production of Simi’s wedding outfit, where she said ‘yes’ to the dress.
“I really wanted to walk down the aisle in a Veekee James dress,” Simi said in tears. “I’m so happy; I love my dress.” 
The wedding dress was a vision of simplicity, proving that you don’t really have to do too much. Veekee and her team are experts at beading, so they used crystals and beads in geometric patterns and lines that made her literally glisten, not to mention her wonderful, long train adorned with flower appliques.

“I feel good; I’m shining—the diamond of the season in reality. Don’t play; see my dress as I dey shine. They got my brief to a T. I just wanted to dazzle, and that’s what I’m doing. I’m shining; I love my outfit. The only reason why I didn’t shed tears is that I’ve shed a couple of tears today,” the bride, who eventually cried, said while fitting her dress.
