It’s been a long time coming, and it is officially Simi and Femi Dapson’s wedding finals week, starting with the traditional wedding.

Nigerian lifestyle influencer Simi Sanya and music video producer Femi Dapson have been serving us matrimonial anticipation, butterflies, and stunning looks since forever.

The couple officially sealed their union at a Lagos court on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. The ceremony was surrounded by their favorites and supported by their “online in-laws.”

Simi and Femi’s Traditional Wedding Fits

As usual, the “soft couple” ate and left no crumbs in not one, but two outfits. First, they stepped out in their almost peach-pink traditional aso-oke attire, contrasted with striking, rich green embroidery and beaded accessories.

Femi’s first agbada, featuring an intricate embroidery design that ran from his neck to his knee, was made by H&R Luxury. His green beaded necklaces and bracelets were the definition of royal elegance.

Femi’s sage green gent’s walking stick, carved with attention to detail and featuring the couple’s initials ‘F’ and ‘S’, couldn’t be missed as he moved with so much aura.

If Simi’s first outfit, made by Prudential Atelier, could speak, it would say: “I am the definition of chic and cultural combined.” Simple and classy.

The green embroidery running along the peach-pink aso-oke and the pleated sleeves have us staring in awe. Her cute drawstring bag that couldn’t possibly contain her joy, sat in one hand while a beautiful fan with the letters ‘F&S’ swayed in support of their joint slay.

LOOK 2

Simi and Femi gave us a second look, and we received it with all the joy, because that’s what we came here for.

Femi’s agbada by Tochini stood out again with elaborate wine and cream embroidery. He accessorized with traditional red coral beads around his neck and wrist, like the real Yoruba man he is. What’s an agbada without the fila? Our groom carried a gent’s stick again—this time classy and without the couple’s initials. His dark sunglasses by Bay Ice sat on his face like a label that reads ‘Mr. Classic.’ Sensational stuff!

The pretty bride of the day did not come to play either. From a gele by Sammy Inventions to shoes from Aquazzura, Simi’s second outfit was screaming ‘sophisticated!’ Her gele, as usual, looked like a piece drawn by Da Vinci. The beadwork on that blouse did its bling work! And the sleeves? Exceptional!

The stunning ensemble—featuring a floor-length wine skirt with gold accents, interesting geometric beaded patterns on the body and sleeves, and a slight train she called a ‘tail’—was made by the one and only Veekee James. Her look couldn’t have been complete without delicate jewelry and elegant makeup. Honestly, the pale yellow and wine color combination has come to stay.

LOOK 3

Look number 3 was a whole mood. A burst of colours, just appropriate for the after-party fun.

Femi’s look by P.Aries was spectacular; again, it featured another pattern of embroidery. Gold and burnt orange against his rich dark complexion were such a splendour to behold. Those mule shoes by D.Davids were just on point for the feet of a groom on the dance floor. What’s Femi’s look without his dark shades, again? He didn’t come to play, not for even a minute.

Purple, orange, green, yellow, and gold? Simi looked like a fairy from Disney, only that it wasn’t fantasy. Those beaded fringes and the pebble beaded dress by Rare by Angel, shoes by Rene Caovilla, and hair by Deola Sanni Beauty Hairco made the already beautiful Simisanya a stunner.

We didn’t need a cleaner, beacause there were no crumbs; bridey ATE.

We waited for the looks, and we weren’t disappointed. Now, we look forward to the next, and we are so sat!
