Big Brother Naija Season 11 officially premiered on Sunday night. Organisers unveiled 24 new housemates who will be competing for the record-breaking ₦160 million grand prize.

Hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the live launch show featured brief interviews with each contestant before they made their way into Biggie’s house.

Here are the housemates of the 11th edition.

1. Tram | 24 | Lagos State | Streamer & Entrepreneur

Tram entered the house first, and organizers described him as “tenacious to the core.” He came with a clear head and a clear agenda; no romance, no distractions, just the ₦160 million. He admitted he has trust issues but said he plans to stay true to himself regardless of what the house throws at him.

2. Temi Nkem | 21 | Raised in London

Unapologetic, confident, and very vocal from the moment she stepped in. Temi Nkem made it clear she would be playing by her own rules; strategy, clear boundaries, and a lot to say. The house has been warned.

3. Martins | 30 | Kogi State | Visual Storyteller & Runway Model

Charming and emotionally open, Martins is swapping the catwalk for Biggie’s house. His self-declared hidden talent is reading people’s minds, and his strategy is to wear his heart on his sleeve and enjoy the ride. Whether that approach survives contact with the game remains to be seen.

4. Abi | Osun State | Model & Chef | Married

Abi carries warmth and a self-described “crazy side” in equal measure. Her journey to the house came with a hurdle; her husband initially opposed the idea and questioned why she needed to enter. She went anyway. The couple met on TikTok, which is a story in itself.

5. Chimsom | Pharmacist

Cool, level-headed, and witty. Chimsom is aiming to bring a balance of calm and humour to cut through the house drama. Given the other personalities in the mix, that skill set may prove very useful.

6. Keivo | 27 | Benue State | Web Developer

Keivo billed himself as “Mr. Can-Do”, a jack-of-all-trades who is also into gaming, painting, and drawing. He warned viewers upfront that he has no filter and will speak his mind. He is open to finding love in the house, but ruled out marriage.

7. Mercedes | 26 | Delta State | Massage Therapist

Calm and grounded, Mercedes came with one of the most memorable introductions of the launch night. She described herself as a church singer by day and a pole dancer by night, and said she proudly embraces both sides of who she is without apology.

8. Kamsy | 24 | Imo State | Event Planner

Kamsy came to make noise and was transparent about it. She declared herself “the pepper, salt, and pepper soup” of the season and promised pure drama, chaos, and zero holding back. BBNaija fans know this personality type well; and they tend to have a very good or very short run.

9. Sultex | 24 | Lagos State | Dancer & Choreographer

Sultex is a performer, and he walked into the house like one. Energy, rhythm, vibes, and entertainment are what he is promising, and as a choreographer, his physical presence in the house will likely be one of the more memorable ones.

10. Aikou | 25 | Freelance Teacher

Credit: Facebook/Dstv

A self-described bookworm who believes intelligence and personality are not mutually exclusive. Aikou was refreshingly direct about his motivations; he is in the house for money and publicity. One of the more personal details: he wants to win the ₦160 million for his Egyptian girlfriend.

Creative, talkative, and neat to a fault. Flora is a foodie with an artistic eye and a lot of personality. She came ready to leave her mark.

12. Bells | 22 | Akwa Ibom State | Undergraduate

Bells is a self-described “neat freak” and rule-follower who enjoys keeping things organised. She is proudly independent and also a foodie.

13. Gerard | 23 | Lagos State

Young, smooth, and carrying Lagos energy into the house as one of the younger male contestants.

14. Oyin | 22 | Ogun State | Sales Entrepreneur

Business-minded and sharp, Oyin brings an entrepreneurial mindset and what organisers described as sweet energy. She is one of the younger women in the house but entered with the kind of composure that suggests she knows exactly what she is doing.

15. Sheba | Broadcaster

Vocal, expressive, and completely comfortable on camera, which makes sense given her background in media. Sheba knows how to hold people’s attention. Whether that works for or against her inside the house is one of the season’s early questions.

16. Araga | 29 | Fashion Model

Credit: Facebook/Dstv

Confidence and strong looks, fresh from the runway. Araga is trading high fashion for the BBNaija house, bringing a polished presence into what is already shaping up to be a colourful cast.

17. Ricky | 33 | Rivers State | Writer

Credit: Facebook/Dstv

The oldest housemate in Season 11, Ricky brings a mature, observant, and storytelling-focused perspective. Writers tend to watch everything. In a house full of drama, that is either an enormous advantage or an enormous burden; sometimes both.

18. Nomy | 26 | Anambra State | Fashion Designer

Credit: Facebook/Dstv

Stylish, creative, and detail-oriented. Nomy has a strong aesthetic eye and a clear sense of personal identity that should translate well in a house where first impressions matter.

19. Barry | 26 | Abuja | Civil Engineer & Fashion Designer

Credit: Facebook/Dstv

A dual-career combination that does not come up often; technical analytical skills on one side, creative design flair on the other. Barry is one of the more professionally diverse housemates in the season.

20. Neche | 25 | Anambra State | Lawyer

Sharp, articulate, and legally trained. Neche walks into the house well-equipped to navigate arguments, pick apart strategies, and stay composed under pressure. Lawyers in BBNaija have a history of either going very far or making too many enemies early on.

21. Yusuf | 25 | Kogi State

Yusuf joins the house as one of the younger contestants, bringing fresh energy to the lineup. He represents Kogi State alongside housemate Martins, adding to the competitive mix this season.
