Two housemates, Abi and Araga, have been evicted from the Big Brother Naija’s House.
As each week goes on, viewers decide who stays and who leaves while Big Brother evicts.
Abi Becomes Eighth Housemate to Leave
Abi, whose real name is Abisola Ayoola, gained recognition on BBNaija Season 11 after winning the Head of House challenge twice and becoming the first female housemate to win the Most Influential Player title in Week Four.
Ayoola became the eighth housemate to leave the Big Brother’s House.
She entered the house in July 2026 as the fourth housemate and made headlines as the season’s first openly married contestant. She secured immunity and team leadership after she defeated Chimsom Chuka in the Head of House challenge.
Abi’s Strategic Gameplay and Leadership
Abi showed her strategic gameplay and leadership during Week Four when she selected three teammates for nomination after winning the Head of House challenge.
She won the title again in Week Six after defeating Gerard in a Sudoku challenge. That made her the first woman to hold the Head of House title twice this season.
Outside the show, Abi works as a chef and fashion model, and she speaks Italian fluently.
Her background also sets her apart, as she balanced cooking, dancing and modelling before she entered the house. Abi’s marriage to Alex Salgarella also drew attention during her time on the show.

Araga Leaves After His Romance With Goddessa
Araga became the ninth housemate to leave the Big Brother’s House.
He was known on BBNaija Season 11 for his central romance with Goddessa, which shaped much of his early time in the house.
Viewers noted his quiet and reserved approach during the first few weeks, especially when he avoided weekend parties. He did because he felt possessive about his love interest dancing with other male housemates. He described himself as a “lover boy” who expects full loyalty and attention in a relationship.
Host Ebuka also highlighted Araga’s calm demeanour during a live show.
Araga Focused on Building Connections
Beyond his romance with Goddessa, viewers saw Araga as a strategic observer who focused on building connections rather than competing immediately.
In Week One, he said his goal was to watch and understand the other housemates. He named Aikou, Sheba and Yusuf as the housemates who impressed him most.
He also stated that he did not want the Gambit twist position because his aim was to win the grand prize, not just participate.
13 Housemates Remain in the Big Brother’s House
With Abi and Araga evicted tonight, 13 housemates now remain in the house out of the 24 housemates who entered the competition for the grand prize.
Eleven housemates have now left the game since the season started.
Neche left the show through a voluntary exit, while Nomy received a disqualification from the game.
