Actor Yul Edochie and his estranged wife May’s first daughter, Danielle, says she would never date anyone who engages in fraudulent acts.
The social media personality condemned the growing trend of romanticising scammers in a video, making it clear that she would never tolerate such behaviour in a partner.
“I don’t know about the rest of you, but I have been seeing this trend normalising stealing and fraud. I will never romanticise the idea of being with someone as a partner who steals from people online or even physically,” she said.
Danielle questioned why anyone would choose to date a scammer, arguing that money obtained through fraud comes from the hard work and earnings of innocent victims.
She stressed that no amount of money could justify criminal activity, despite the wealthy lifestyle that many people often associate with scammers.

“Anytime I hear, ‘Oh, you’re not into fraud?’ I’m like, I don’t understand. So I will risk my own existence to be with somebody who steals money from people? Your whole life is based on somebody else’s hard work or somebody else’s money,” she added.
“A lot of people are probably consumed by the thousands and millions of naira these people are making from sources that are not theirs. But if you do fraud, stay the hell away from me.”
As the video continues to circulate online, Danielle’s bold warning to Yahoo boys has fueled fresh conversations about the dangers of celebrating wealth acquired through fraudulent means.
