Nigerian singer Johnny Drille has publicly criticised UK-based entertainment company “Finstainment” over his recent UK tour experience, describing it as one of the worst treatments he has received as an artist.

In a lengthy Instagram story shared after the tour, Johnny Drille accused the promoter “Demola” of poor organisation, a lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling of both him and his team throughout the trip.

According to the singer, issues allegedly ranged from delayed payments and poor accommodation arrangements to transport problems and booking complications during the tour.

Johnny Drille claimed that he and members of his team were left hungry for days because agreed per diem payments were allegedly withheld until the final date of the tour. He also described the Airbnb arrangements as “cheap” and uncomfortable, stating that one situation reportedly forced him to leave and sleep in his band’s apartment before a Manchester performance.

The singer further alleged that the tour team travelled in difficult conditions, including long road trips inside a minivan with faulty air conditioning during a heatwave while carrying artists, crew members, instruments, and luggage together.

He also accused the promoter of booking the wrong venue in London and becoming unreachable after the tour ended, which allegedly caused members of the team to arrange their own airport transportation and eventually miss their flights.

Johnny Drille is not known for public outbursts and has always kept a private life, so this complaint cuts deep. Despite these complaints, Johnny Drille stated that he still delivered quality performances throughout the tour and thanked fans in the UK for making the shows memorable.

“I’m not a diva, and I always try to make the best out of every situation,” the singer wrote, “but this has honestly been one of the worst treatments I’ve received as an artist.”

The UK tour itself had been publicly promoted by Finstainment across multiple cities, including London, Glasgow, and Manchester, in collaboration with Mavin Records.

Before the fallout, the company had also described the tour as an intimate live music experience built around Johnny Drille’s emotional style and storytelling performances.
