Mayowa Lambe, an former online radio personality who gained fame due to her work at Wazobia FM, has been in the news recently following allegations from her ex-husband, Roby Ekpo.
The internet learnt of the existence of a first husband due to Roby Ekpo’s remarks regarding Mayowa’s wedding in April 2026. He said, “Happy married life, Mayowa. May this third marriage be beautiful and may it last”, alleging that their 11-year marriage, which began in 2015, was her second.

Husband 1
As of April 2026, details of Mayowa Lambe’s first husband is scarce and absent from public records. This could also mean Roby Ekpo was lying, as Mayowa posted a solicitor’s letter saying she would sue him for ₦100 million in damages. In her cease-and-desist letter, it said he went on “a deliberate and sustained campaign of falsehood”.

In April 2026, she officially married David Ayuba, a gospel artist and a compliance and fraud analyst living in Dallas, United States. They reportedly met under the comment section of Harvester’s pastor, Bolaji Idowu.
