Pastor David Ibiyeomie, the Nigerian founder and presiding pastor of Salvation Ministries, has issued a strict warning to Yahoo practitioners who attend his church.
David Ibiyeomie Warns ‘Yahoo Practitioners’ Attending His Church
During a service, Ibiyeomie addressed the congregation about the harm Yahoo practitioners have caused in the society. He also called them thieves because they steal money from people’s accounts, leaving some victims financially broke. He said some victims have even died from the shock after Yahoo practitioners duped them.
“There are Yahoo Boys inside the church, they have no conscience. Even in this church there are Yahoo Boys.” 
“They Yahoo somebody and they are very happy in church. It’s stealing no matter how you put it. Yahoo is stealing, I don’t care how you paint it”
“Whatever you take that belongs to someone else that’s not yours is stealing. Yahoo is stealing I don’t care how you put it.”

Pastor Calls Yahoo Practices Stealing and Blames Them for Ruining Lives
Ibiyeomie then shared the experience of a professor from Rivers State University whom he said Yahoo practitioners allegedly defrauded of all the money in his bank account.
“How can you be a friend to a Yahoo person, I know a professor of River’s state University he was one of our consultant at the site, electrical engineer, this man they ‘yahooed’ him of every money he had in his account, he physically held his burglary proof and collapsed. He died.”
“They took every money he saved, such a person you say you have money. He was talking to people he just went off. Every savings as a professor, all his savings they duped him.”
Ibiyeomie Orders ‘Yahoo Practitioners’ to Take Their Offerings Elsewhere
The pastor urged people to distance themselves from Yahoo practitioners and warned those involved in the practice against attending his church.
He said:
“Incase you are following such a person stay away from him, and if in this church you are a Yahoo Boy, go to another church and give your offering. I don’t care how much you have, go, because you are killing people.”
He also stressed that Yahoo practices have caused people to lose their lives.
“People have died because they have been duped. If you know how many people have died because of Yahoo, they will just stand and their hearts will fly.”
