Husband Disputes BBL Claims
Bakayoko died in Nigeria, with early reports linking her death to an alleged BBL. Her husband has since disputed the reports.
According to a telephone conversation with Scoop Afrique, Bakayoko’s husband said she travelled to Nigeria for personal care and had not undergone plastic surgery.
Bakayoko husband didn’t mention the nature of the personal care she sought or share details of the cause of her death.
He also reportedly confirmed that her body remained in Nigeria at the time of the conversation, while the family had yet to establish the exact circumstances surrounding her death.

No Confirmation of Cosmetic Surgery
His account contradicts claims that circulated online that Bakayoko travelled to Nigeria specifically for a BBL and later died from complications.
