Carter Efe lost his TikTok account this week after the platform permanently banned it and he is blaming Peller for it. The page had more than 5.6 million followers and over 158 million likes before its removal.
Soon after the ban, an old video of Peller resurfaced . In the clip, Peller went on his knees and appealed to his supporters to report Carter Efe’s TikTok account. He accused Carter of not wanting other people around him to succeed and that he was never happy about other people’s success. He specifically spoke about Kolu travelling abroad.
At the time, it was another moment in the pair’s increasingly public disagreement. After Carter’s account was banned, the video meant a different thing. 
The Ban on Carter’s account
As screenshots of Carter’s permanent ban began circulating on September 9, someone had referred to Peller’s previous video.
However, TikTok gave its own reason. The notice displayed on Carter’s account said the platform had permanently banned it because of multiple policy violations.
The platform did not publicly identify Peller, his followers or a mass-reporting campaign as the reason for its decision to ban Carter.
Carter Efe’s Titktok had built an audience of more than 5.6 million followers on the page. His videos had also accumulated more than 158 million likes.
TikTok had become one of the platforms where he streamed, shared comedy, promoted music and interacted directly with his audience. Losing the account meant losing access to an audience he had spent considerable time rebuilding. This was also not Carter’s first major TikTok ban.
He lost another account with about 3.5 million followers in 2025. He later returned to the platform and built the replacement account beyond five million followers.

Carter Efe Points Back to Peller
Following the latest ban, Carter turned attention towards Peller and the earlier video. He accused Peller in an interview with Channels TV on Thursday night, September 8. He stated that:
“Na Peller hacked am. Me I don already tell am say I no dey chop people’s account but I go chop person wey dey around am.”
Carter and Peller have traded remarks about each other on several occasions. Their disagreements have touched on relationships, content and other creators around them.
In August, Carter also made comments about Peller and Jarvis’ relationship and marriage. Peller responded publicly and accused Carter of repeatedly interfering in his personal affairs.
The pair have even admitted that at least one apparently serious confrontation between them was staged.
Earlier this year, Peller revealed that a livestream incident in which he and Carter damaged each other’s cars was planned as content. He said they hoped the stunt gain traction and eventually lead to replacements.
This time, however, Carter has lost something central to his work as an online creator.
Peller Says Carter Should Look at His Own Content
Peller has since responded to suggestions that he caused the ban.
Rather than focus on the old request to report Carter’s account, he pointed to Carter’s behaviour during livestreams.
Peller claimed Carter had engaged in conduct on TikTok Live that could violate the platform’s rules. He also said Carter should deal with the consequences of his actions rather than blame him.
He had said in his video:
“I just saw one video where I allegedly asked for someone’s account to be banned. You guys think I’d debunk it? God will punish you guys, if they said I did it then I did it.”
TikTok’s ban notice supports only one part of that argument, the platform cited multiple policy violations.
For Carter Efe, however, the immediate consequence is already clear. After rebuilding his TikTok presence once before, he has again lost an account carrying millions of followers.
