Clubs Chasing Victor Osimhen as Transfer Window Nears Deadline

Atlético Madrid made the most eye-catching bid of  €120 million in June, considering him as a striker option, but Galatasaray rejected it.

Premier League sides such as Arsenal have shown interest throughout the window. Although Osimhen seemed to leave the door open, no deal has materialised.

Manchester United joined Arsenal in the race as it was reported that the club made enquiries about Osimhen’s availability.

Tottenham as well showed interest in the striker alongside Arsenal and Manchester United in the Premier League pursuit, as reported by SPORF.

The 27-year-old Osimhen, who joined Galatasaray permanently from Napoli, has been a key figure in the team’s recent success and remains under contract until 2029 with no clause of release in his contract.

The striker now appears set to continue his career in Turkey for at least another season.
