From top roles in companies like Oando, Shell, and OilSERV to now leading at the highest level at NLNG and Aradel.
Meet the first twin, Adegbite Falade

Whoever said grades don’t matter? With his grade, it is safe to believe Adegbite Falade’s journey started with him graduating with a first-class degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Ibadan.
He later went on to get an MBA from Warwick Business School in the UK.With over 15 years of experience, he has built a career that makes him an expert across the oil and gas industry.
The roles he has taken over the years taking on roles that span engineering, operations, strategy, and stakeholder management. Before becoming Managing Director/CEO, he served as Managing Director and Group COO at Oilserv Group. He also held key positions at Oando Energy Resources and Oando Gas & Power.
His vast portfolio also includes him working with Shell EP Africa, where he led petroleum economics and portfolio strategy. In 2021, he joined Aradel’s board as MD/CEO, and by November 2025.
Meet Adeleye Falade

While his twin built a stronghold across multiple executive roles, Adeleye Falade carved out a deeply global career spanning over 26 years.
Also a graduate of electrical/electronics engineering from the University of Ibadan, Leye as he is fondly called expanded his expertise with an MBA from Henley Business School, alongside executive programmes at London Business School and INSEAD.
His career has taken him across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, with extensive experience in integrated gas operations.
Leye has built a reputation for himself.
He is also a fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers.Adeleye Falade is the newly instated CEO of Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG).
