Tonto Dikeh has joined the growing list of Nollywood actors who have answered the call to pastoral ministry.
The mother of one, who previously declared herself a born-again Christian, has officially unveiled her new ministry: The New Wine Prophetic Tabernacle (NWPT).
Announcing the milestone on social media, Dikeh described NWPT as an interdenominational altar, a spiritual refuge, and a global movement for consecrated believers seeking God’s power, purity, and presence. She added that the ministry offers a sanctuary for those pursuing genuine revival, spiritual maturity, and personal transformation.

The actress-turned-politician grounded the ministry’s foundation in Mark 2:22: “And no one puts new wine into old wineskins…”

Sharing her overarching vision with fans and followers, Dikeh stated that NWPT aims to ignite a global spiritual reawakening. The ministry seeks to empower believers to walk in divine purity, transform nations, and advance God’s kingdom on earth.
Newly Ordained Evangelist Defines Core Mission
The newly ordained evangelist outlined the core mission driving her new spiritual chapter:
“To build an interdenominational altar of prayer, revival, and apostolic training that equips believers, activates spiritual gifts, promotes soul winning, and brings freedom through the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Ministry Clarifies Mandate as Interdenominational Gathering
Clarifying the nature of the movement for followers and prospective members, Dikeh emphasized that NWPT operates as an intensive spiritual gathering rather than a traditional church structure.
“It is an intense gathering of people consecrated and equipped for the purposes of God—a people set apart, refined by His presence, and commissioned to advance His Kingdom,” she wrote.
Based in Abuja, the ministry holds weekly fellowship services every Friday.
