Reality TV star and former Big Brother Naija All Stars winner Ilebaye Odiniya has sparked widespread concern online following reports of an alleged assault involving her father.
Ilebaye went live on Instagram and cried out for help. In the disturbing video, a man allegedly hit her aggressively while teenage boys in the background begged him to stop harming her.
After the incident, a Twitter Space drew attention as a lady identified as Meme shared details about the family’s alleged history of abuse. According to Meme, Ilebaye’s mother endured years of abuse in the marriage before she eventually fled for her safety a few years ago. 
Meme also claimed that the father allowed the mother to leave with the girls but refused to release custody of the boys.
During the Twitter Space, Meme explained that the boys later contacted Ilebaye and complained about their living conditions. Ilebaye reportedly informed her mother about the situation, but her mother warned her not to return to the house because she considered the man powerful and dangerous.
Ilebaye, who planned to celebrate her birthday today, allegedly visited the house because of her brothers. Reports claim she hoped her father would treat her gently because of her birthday, but instead, he beat her severely and left her with a battered face.

Several public figures and influencers, including Tacha Akide and Beauty Tukura, immediately took to social media to seek help and urged anyone in Abuja to assist the reality star.
Tacha also admitted that she often questioned why Ilebaye rarely stayed active or productive online without realizing that she allegedly struggled with serious family issues privately.
Meme further claimed that police officers arrived at the house shortly after Ilebaye ended the live video, but the father allegedly denied them access and released dogs at the gate.
She also alleged that the father has strong connections, which makes it difficult for people to challenge him.
Beauty Tukura later announced that rescuers had finally reached Ilebaye, although the reality star has not publicly addressed the situation at the time of this report.
The incident has triggered emotional reactions across social media, with many users expressing shock, sympathy, and concern while reminding others that many people silently battle painful situations behind closed doors.
Fans and supporters continue to pray for Ilebaye’s recovery as conversations about domestic violence and family abuse gain renewed attention online.
