Olakunle Churchill revealed that he met Tonto Dikeh in 2015 at a nightclub in Lagos during his brother’s birthday party. She allegedly got pregnant six months after they met. In August 2015, the couple held their traditional marriage ceremony in Tonto’s hometown in Rivers State. At the time, Tonto was already pregnant with their son.
2016: The Birth and The Break
In 2016, their son, King Andre, was born. Tonto initially presented a happy family life online, but rumours of domestic issues began to surface by late 2016. After months of public accusations like calling him a Yahoo boy, claims of domestic violence and Churchill’s infidelity with his then-assistant, Rosy Meurer, the marriage officially ended. 
The bride price was reportedly returned by Tonto’s father in June 2017. He said the relationship was “plagued by several frivolous claims of falsity”, ranging from domestic violence to false allegations, and Tonto reportedly said he couldn’t last one minute in bed and gave her a sexually transmitted infection; she also accused him of being broke, having no house, squatting with her, and having her finance their wedding.
2020 – 2021: The Rosy Era
Despite years of denying they were dating with Guinean Rosy calling Churchill her “brother” and boss they officially married in 2020, though they did not make it public until 2021.
2021 – 2023: Family Life
There are no official court or civil wedding portraits. The couple welcomed two children: a son, Omoniyi, and a daughter, Amelia. During this period, Tonto and Churchill continued to trade insults on social media, with Rosy often being hailed for standing by him.
April 2026: The “Introduction” Claim & Split
In a shocking turn of events on April 29, 2026, Churchill responded to rumours of a divorce by claiming he was never legally married to Rosy, though there are pictures of their traditional marriage and they have been celebrating their wedding anniversary. He stated that they only had a traditional “introduction”, not a court or church wedding, making a formal “divorce” unnecessary.

The Reconciliation
After 10 years of “war”, Tonto Dikeh and Olakunle Churchill reconciled in January 2026. They were seen together in a meeting set up by Pastor Jerry Eze. Churchill also finally reunited with his son, King Andre, for the first time in a decade.
Present Status
Churchill recently praised Tonto for her growth. However, Rosy has since removed “Churchill” from her social media handles and described her current state as a “rebirth”. There were also pictures of a divorce petition circulating, which Churchill had declared fake.
