Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has shared the health challenges she has faced for several months as she celebrates her 25th birthday.
In a video she posted on Instagram, the actress appeared in a wheelchair and explained why she had stayed away from the public. She also spoke about the pain she had experienced and the progress she has made in her recovery.
Regina Daniels Speaks About Her Health
Regina said her health problems started with something minor but gradually became more serious. According to her, things took a major turn after the last public event she hosted, the Children’s Day Carnival. 
She explained that she had undergone one medical test after another and even started calling herself a ‘lab rat’. However, the pain became unbearable, and her ability to walk changed from day to day.
The actress said she sometimes found herself walking without difficulty, but on other days, she could barely move. She also revealed that the experience brought her to tears as she looked to God for healing.
Regina said she found it difficult to depend on other people to make even the smallest movements because she had always been full of life.
However, she expressed gratitude to God over the significant progress she has made in her recovery.

Regina Daniels Reveals How She Furnished Her New Home
The actress also shared how she decided to get a home closer to her medical facilities and, most importantly, her children.
She explained that she initially rented the property but later decided to buy it after she developed a strong feeling that she wanted to own the house.
Regina revealed that everything in the house came as a gift from the day she made the down payment.
She thanked a woman whom her hairstylist introduced to her for gifting her beautiful furniture. She described the woman as an embodiment of motherhood.
The actress also appreciated her friend, Ike Best, for gifting her a solar power system that provides electricity around the clock.
She described Ike Best as her friend, brother and father figure. She also revealed that another friend gifted her a television.
Regina said almost everything in the house came from people who wanted to show her love.
Daniels Shares Emotional Moment With Her Children
Regina also spoke about a recent visit to her children, describing the experience as a special moment.
She said seeing them reminded her of the day she first held them after their births. The visit made her feel as though she had just given birth to them all over again.
As she celebrated her 25th birthday, the actress described the year as one filled with God’s blessings despite the health challenges she had experienced.
She said she would continue to give God all the glory for what He had done in her life, what He was doing and what He was yet to do.
