Ramadan is a season of being devoted in worship and reinforcing patience in every aspect of our lives. On Day 4, we are reminded that fasting is meant to strengthen our connection with Allah, discipline our hearts, and teach us how to easily forgive those who have hurt us.
Ramadan Day 4 Prayer
On day 4 of Ramadan, we ask that Allah purifies our hearts and wash away our sins during this holy fasting period.
Prayer: “My Lord, accept my repentance, wash away my sin, answer my supplication, clearly establish my evidence, guide my heart, make true my tongue and draw out malice in my breast”.
Ramadan Day 4 Dua of the Day
طهّر قلبك وادعُ الله أن يمنّ على من تحبهم ومن آذوك بالبركة والخير
Translation: Purify your heart and make du’a for blessings and goodness for those you love and those who have hurt you.
This prayer teaches us the importance of making a space in our hearts for forgiveness for all those we love and those who have hurt us.

Day 5 Tahajjud Reminder
As you prepare for Day 5, consider waking up for Tahajjud. Even two rak’ahs in the quiet of the night can transform your Ramadan. In those peaceful moments, make a heartfelt dua because Allah is closest to His servants in the last third of the night.

Ramadan Day 4 is another opportunity to renew your intentions and learn to forgive those who have hurt you. Keep going. Every fast, every prayer, every whispered dua matters. May Allah accept our worship, forgive our shortcomings, and guide us through the rest of this blessed month with sincerity and steadfastness. Ameen.
