A random encounter on the streets of Italy has led to an emotional reunion as a Nigerian woman finds her twin brother in Italy, after her family had reportedly been searching for more than five years.
Prophet Prince, known for making videos with homeless people on the streets of Italy and, in some cases, helping them reconnect with their families, recently met a man named Paul.
According to Prophet Prince, he had seen Paul around several times and decided to approach him for a conversation. 
During their brief interaction, Paul revealed that he was 30 years old and had been in Italy for quite some time but was unwilling to say exactly how long he had lived there.
The conversation took an interesting turn when Paul asked Prophet Prince, “You want to pay for my time?” Prophet Prince also offered to buy him some food, but Paul politely declined. Instead, he said he would prefer cash, explaining that he wanted to keep the money and use it to “take care of himself” later because his birthday had been the previous day. Prophet Prince eventually gave Paul some money, which he appeared to appreciate.

‘This Is My Twin Brother”
The encounter, which was shared online, quickly went viral and eventually reached a Nigerian woman named Evi Pauline in Jos, who recognised the man immediately.
Pauline took to the comments section to reveal that Paul was her twin brother. She explained that her family had been searching for him for more than five years.
According to her, Paul is originally from Delta State and their mother is from Edo State, revealing that their birthday is September 25.
In the same comment, Pauline clarified that he had travelled to Italy through Libya and that the last information the family had about Paul was that he was schooling in Italy.
She added that she had sent Prophet Prince a private message in the hope that he could help reconnect her with her brother.
The Emotional Reunion as Woman Finds Twin Brother in Italy
Prophet Prince later found Paul again at the place where he appeared to be resting. The spot looked like a street corner, with a mattress and some clothes serving as his belongings and cover.
This time, Prophet Prince came with a phone, and on the other end of a video call was Pauline. The moment the twins saw each other after years apart carried a certain emotional weight.
Paul appeared happy to see his sister and quickly slipped into a familiar, playful manner. He asked about her well-being and that of their family, while Pauline told him that she had missed him.
Instead of a dramatic exchange filled with tears, the conversation had moments of humour and familiarity. Paul joked with his sister and gave some of his typically funny responses, according to people in the comments who claimed to know or have met him personally.
For a brief moment, despite the distance and the circumstances surrounding their reunion, the twins appeared to reconnect like siblings who had simply picked up an old conversation. However, the clip ended before their conversation was over.

Why Prophet Prince Could Not Simply Take Paul Away
Following the video, many viewers urged Prophet Prince to do more to help Paul, particularly by getting him into rehabilitation.
Prophet Prince later explained that there were legal limitations to what he could do.
According to him, Italian law does not allow a person to be forced into
rehabilitation. The individual must consent to receiving such help.
This meant that, despite the public’s desire to see Paul taken off the streets and placed in rehabilitation, Prophet Prince could not simply make that decision on his behalf.
The mention of rehabilitation also raised concerns about possible substance-abuse issues, although neither Paul nor his twin sister publicly confirmed further details about his circumstances at the time of this report.
For now, the most significant development remains the reunion itself.
