Recently, a young woman named Anu Adeleke, 13 years old, sent an open letter to Davido asking that he acknowledge her paternity.
According to Anu, she was told she’s the daughter of one of Nigeria’s most famous artists, Davido, ever since she was born, but he has refused to accept her paternity. 
What’s the Anu Adeleke-Davido’s Backstory?
In 2017, Ayotomode Labinjoh, who was 26 at that time, alleged that musician Davido, then 21, impregnated her in March 2013 after they met at a club after a show and had intercourse twice.
Although Davido initially asked her to keep the pregnancy, he subsequently blocked her on BBM and remained uncontactable throughout her pregnancy. According to Ayo, after the birth of their daughter, initially named Veronica, Davido named her Aanuoluwapo but again blocked Ayotomode shortly after.
A year later, Ayotomode’s mother attempted to contact Davido’s family for support, leading to a DNA test in September 2014, which revealed that Davido was not the biological father. Ayotomode claimed the test result was fake and accused Davido of bribing the doctor who conducted the test.
Davido and his team have said these are all lies.

Who are Davido’s Confirmed Baby Mamas and Their Children?
Sophia Momodu is the mother of his first child, Imade, born in 2015. There was no paternity contention yet.
Amanda Brown, a Togolese, is the mother of his second child, Hailey, born in 2017. There are rumours that she gave birth to another child for him, a boy, whose name has not been disclosed.
Chioma Adeleke nee Rowland is his wife and the mother of his third child, Ifeanyi, born in 2019. Ifeanyi unfortunately passed away in 2022.
She is also the mother of his sixth and seventh children, a boy and a girl (fraternal twins) whose names and pictures have not been published since they were born in 2023.
Larissa London, an Angolan, is the mother of his fourth child, Dawson, born in 2020. There was some contention about whose child that was, but he finally accepted and claimed the child publicly in an interview published in AB Talk Show.
Davido and His Many Sagas
Davido has been the subject of different conversations online, including a woman in 2023 known as Gorgeous Doll accusing him of allegedly being in her DMs and showing a video of him kneeling down to beg her.
Anita Brown also showed chats where Davido asked her to use a post-pill after sex. She got pregnant and said it was Davido’s, but she ultimately aborted the baby.
Many people online are advocating for Davido to get another paternity test for Anu’s sake, but he said if the child was his, he would have no issue accepting a child.
His family members would have pushed for him to do so, but the various tests proved he wasn’t the father.
