There have been recent unverified social media allegations that Nigerian singer Chike had an affair with Frank Edoho’s second ex-wife, Sandra Onyenuchenuya.
Frank Edoho’s first marriage was to Katherine Obiang, a Cameroonian-Nigerian actress and broadcaster. Before their separation in 2011, they had three children. Katherine cited domestic violence allegations; Frank has described it as a “mismatch” where neither was ready for marriage.

He later got married to Sandra Onyenuchenuya. They had a traditional wedding in 2013, while she was pregnant with their first child. They had two children together, bringing Frank’s total to five children. The marriage reportedly ended in December 2022. Frank publicly confirmed the split in June 2025 on a podcast, saying, “Maybe I’m not good at marriage,” and that the women were not his soulmates. He called it devastating at the time, but did not specify the reasons.

The Chike Part of the Story
A blogger, Cutie Juls (and some others), posted claims alleging that Nigerian singer Chike had a prolonged affair with Sandra. Some versions claim it was frequent (“every single day for a very long time”), contributing directly to the marriage breakdown.
Rumours spread rapidly on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X, with videos and memes.
There was more to be revealed, but Edoho reportedly asked the blogger not to release it publicly, to protect the children’s and family’s privacy.
An old video of Chike in an interview on Unpack has resurfaced online. He talked about preferring older women, referring to dating women older than him in his two previous relationships. This has increasingly fueled speculation.
Chike and Sandra have not publicly responded or confirmed anything. The claims remain unverified, and no concrete public evidence has been widely substantiated.
Frank Edoho’s Reactions to the Story
Edoho has indirectly addressed the broader situation. He reacted to the trending divorce rumours without directly naming Chike. He vowed never to commit to another woman again, warning men against forgiving cheating partners: “She will not only continue cheating, but she will also resent the man for forgiving her & disrespect him in extreme ways.” When asked if he was single, he replied, “Yes”. I have had my share. Never getting committed again. Ever.”
Chike has not publicly spoken about this rumour.
However, Frank’s reactions suggest he confirmed elements of the infidelity in private or through reactions, but his public statements focus on moving on, protecting his kids, and his new game show.
Frank Edoho has always been known on the Nigerian internet to be outspoken on issues. The game master and host of Who Wants To Be A Millionaire for 14 years before his alleged resignation appears focused on his single life and work. Chike, who has not opened up on this matter, is known for his soulful voice used to blend R&B, highlife, and Afropop. He gained fame as a runner-up on The Voice Nigeria (Season 1).
The story has sparked massive online debate in Nigeria about infidelity, “bro code”, and celebrity marriages.
