Recall that he walked away from his 23-year-long relationship and 13-year-old marriage to Annie Idibia and got married to Natasha Osawaru, the woman he famously called his “peace”. The peace seems to have unravelled into a very public conflict.
In a shocking twist, news broke that 2face had allegedly been arrested in London, following an altercation with Natasha, who is currently pregnant. It was assumed to be a rumour until we saw videos/photos of the Afrobeat legend in handcuffs. 
The incident reportedly occurred last month, when 2face failed to appear at a scheduled performance on October 2, 2025, fuelling suspicion that something had gone wrong.
The couple allegedly started the drama at Gatwick Airport, took it into the car, and rounded it up at a store, where they were both arrested for public nuisance.
The incident was also confirmed by his former manager, Kaka Igbokwe, during a live chat with Daddy Freeze on Instagram.
According to Kaka, the couple travelled to the United Kingdom (UK) for a concert tour. When they landed at the airport, 2Face reportedly walked off with excited fans who ushered him into a shop.
Natasha was allegedly feeling neglected and became upset when she realised she had been left behind. The confrontation escalated when 2Face returned, and Natasha lashed out at him. The quarrel drew the attention of UK authorities, leading to the singer being handcuffed and taken into custody.
Despite 2baba’s initial denial, the moment was captured in a viral TikTok clip posted by Tosin Silverdam on December 1, 2025, fuelling intense public debate as varied opinions suggest the couple were likely under the influence.
More Drama on Daddy Freeze’s Instagram Live
As if the airport incident wasn’t enough, the couple appeared to clash again publicly during Daddy Freeze’s Instagram Live session on Monday, 1st December, 2025. When 2Face joined the chat, Natasha could be heard raising her voice.
At one point, she attempted to grab his phone. The singer responded with “What is your problem”? and the session abruptly ended.
Neither 2Face nor Natasha has released an official statement. His team has also remained silent since the missed concert appearance. Annie, on the other hand, has been active on Instagram, unbothered and glowing while posting cryptic messages.
